An Elector is the highest rank held by the nobility in the [[Aspectdom of Okkena]], second only to the [[Ruler of Okkena|Queen]].
An Elector is the feudal ruler of one of the Aspectdom's [[Electoral Provinces]], the first level of subdivision of the realm. As suggested by their title, each Elector possesses one vote which can be used to determine the next [[Ruler of Okkena|Queen or King]], even though the past 6 rules have been heirs of the [[Kaharual]] dynasty.
Though there historically were only ten Electors, an eleventh province was created after the conquest of the [[Natlan]] and its addition to the Electoral Provinces in 1131. The current Electors are, ordered by province name:
- Ukante, ruler of the [[Allin Province]]
- [[Queen Omaztli III]], ruler of the [[Anurmay Province]]
- Donoletli, ruler of the [[Bunda Province]]
- [[Rankutan X]], ruler of the [[Jisacha Province]]
- Yskan, ruler of the [[Kattanash Province]]
- Quetnalpan and Gorotsan, rulers of the [[Makutcha Province]]
- Uftan, ruler of the [[Naska Province]]
- Nokkoltsan, ruler of the [[Natlan Province]]
- Oshebi , ruler of the [[Raqqailpa Province]]
- [[Moekrann|Moekrann I]], ruler of the [[Umetri Province]]
- Teruq, ruler of the [[Warame Province]]
## Right and Privileges
Being an Elector comes with a certain number of rights and privileges. All Electors and their immediate descendants for up to three generations are considered royal blood in the Aspectdom, ranking their bloodline above all others in their province as a Royal House.
This ancient title also grants them the right to wield a [[Fragment]], one of the legendary weapons forged during the [[Scorched Conquest]] by the [[Martyrs]]. Historically, especially during the [[Collapse of the Aspectdom of Than]], a noble house could not claim to be a Royal House without possession of a Fragment, leading to wars over their ownernship.
