The bureau of Civil Inspection is one of the unique administrations created by [[Tolektolan I]] to collect the taxes in the [[Umetri Province]]. Whether because armed tax collectors are a threat onto themselves or because no verdict is attained in the local court, it is hard to tell from the reports we receive. In the metropolis of Horazul, tax collection remains complex, and is instead replaced by the fearsome inspectors tasked with making sure the edicts published by the [[Elector]] are enforced.
