Moekrann is the [[Elector]] of the [[Umetri Province]]. He is the son of Tonulekkan et Xalankin, and nephew of [[Tolektolan II]], the former Elector of the Umetri Province. Moekrann became Elector after the death of Tolektolan II in 1565, and was named by his uncle, skipping his father in the lign of succession. His politics have been quite secretive for the past few years, and mostly dominated by the rising tensions with the [[Protectorate of Ferisbarkat]]. His province sharing a frontier with Ferisbarkat, as well as several river arms, Moekrann has spent a lot of his province's budget reinforcing river patrols and developing faster means of transportation. His strength comes from the ruins of [[Glintwood]] discovered deep in the jungle forest. Glintwood must flow. For its trade is the lifeline of Horazul's wealth. The alliance made two generations ago by [[Tolektolan I]] with the [[Amphicti League]] has catapulted Horazul at a level no other provincial capital could dream of. This alliance also relies heavily on the safety of the coastal harbour of [[Xeppolechtal]] at the mouth of the [[Umetri]] river. Which is why Moekrann named [[Yatzeel]], his elder sister, as governor of the city and first contact to the Amphicti merchants offloading their goods on Ovkennan ground.
